The aluminum mill finished coil is first subjected to a precipitation cleaning and chemical coating process to remove the contaminants and impurities from the metal surface. It is first dipped in sulfuric acid then brushed using natural water. Then an additional chemical compound is added with the aid of a roll coater that aims at improving the paint adhesion and corrosion resistance.

Finally after drying and cooling the aluminum coil enters a four round paint coating line and depending on the clients’ requirements it can be painted with any paint type of paint HDPE/PVDF. The coil is then oven baked using four furnaces. Finally, after drying the coated coil would be ready.
